Licensed Journeyman Plumber
Join our residential and commercial plumbing team serving Odessa and the greater Permian Basin. You'll diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems — water heaters, gas lines, slab leaks, drains, and repipes — with company-provided tools and a service vehicle. Permian Basin experience preferred.
Requirements
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber license (TSBPE)
- 3+ years of field experience
- Valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and comfortable working in customers' homes
Plumber's Apprentice
Start your plumbing career with paid, hands-on training from licensed plumbers. We provide the field hours you need toward your Texas journeyman license. No prior plumbing experience required — bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn the trade.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
